Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules allocate resources (staff materials machines) and adjust for demand.
Staff Management: Supervise train motivate and evaluate production teams assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality standards conduct inspections and ensure products meet specifications.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce health safety and regulatory compliance on the floor managing equipment maintenance.
** Operations & Efficiency:** Oversee the entire process troubleshoot issues/bottlenecks implement improvements and track performance.
