Nextlink Solutions is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will support organizational objectives by delivering high-quality business analysis service management and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders design and communications specialists to analyse design and optimize internal business processes using data analytics industry best practices and emerging technologies. Responsibilities include eliciting and documenting business requirements designing solutions aligned with strategic goals developing dashboards reports and performance metrics monitoring key performance indicators and adjusting strategies accordingly. The consultant will work closely with business units and project leads coordinate cross-functional initiatives foster partnerships and promote awareness of business analysis methodologies and tools to strengthen organizational capabilities while supporting decision-making stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in business analysis service management process improvement and digital transformation.
- ITIL certification mandatory
- AWS certification mandatory
- Experience working in international environments across public and private sectors
- Strong service management analytical and data presentation skills using JIRA
- Experience collecting interpreting and visualising business data
- Knowledge of modern business analysis frameworks and methodologies
- Experience in process optimization digital transformation or solution architecture
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of an additional UN language is desirable
- First-level university degree in business administration management information technology or a related field
