Must Have
Minimum of 10 years of software development experience
Minimum 5 yrs exp as a support associate 2 years of support lead experience including
o Incident triaging
o Major incident management and communication
o IncidentManagement and problem management
o Change Management and house keeping
Expert knowledge of Client - Server architecture certificate and password management and Maintaining web services
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
ITIL certification mandatory
5 years experience in Stack app support and SQL
Excellent proficiency with Oracle and SQLExperience with Dynatrace ELK and PagerDuty
