REGISTERED NURSE HOME HEALTH

$7500 Sign On Bonus Available

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage and coordinate your own caseload
Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments
Develop and revise individualized plans of care
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Document accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
Communicate changes in patient condition promptly

WHAT YOU NEED

Active unrestricted RN license
At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
Willingness to travel within the branch area
Reliable vehicle valid drivers license current auto insurance
Home Health experience preferred
Experience with HomeCare HomeBase preferred

Sit stand bend lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
