What Youll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure safe efficient production
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running reliably
- Adjust equipment settings to maintain product quality and meet production goals
- Communicate with team members to coordinate material flow and resolve issues
- Follow all safety procedures to support a safe working environment
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to safely operate and troubleshoot crushing and screening equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality materials
- Capability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs and priorities
- Comfort working in a physically active role with heavy industrial equipment
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
