Service Advisor Independent Garage
Salary up to 35000 Bonus MondayFriday (No Saturdays)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established friendly independent garage that prides itself on quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Service Advisor to become a key part of their close-knit team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction working in a busy automotive environment and wants a great worklife balance with no weekend working.

The Role:

Acting as the main point of contact for customers
Booking vehicles in and keeping customers updated throughout repairs
Preparing job cards estimates and invoices
Liaising with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
Delivering outstanding customer service from start to finish

What Theyre Looking For:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor (motor trade preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organised reliable and able to work well under pressure
A positive team-focused attitude

Whats on Offer:

Salary up to 35000 bonus (dependent on experience)
Monday to Friday 8:00am 6:00pm
No Saturdays or Sundays
20 days holiday Bank Holidays
Supportive friendly working environment within a respected independent garage
