The Opportunity What to expect

In this role you will act as a strategic partner at the interface between science and the market to accelerate clinical program delivery and maximize customer value.

• Network Champion: You establish and maintain valued relationships with external stakeholders acting as the face of Roche and an ambassador in new Disease Areas.

• Scientific Exchange: You drive scientific knowledge exchange and medical education activities to support the strategy for an optimal customer experience.

• Clinical Support: You work closely with global and affiliate teams to coordinate the identification and engagement of clinical trial sites.

• Insight Generator: You define the insights collection strategy and execute activities to address knowledge gaps through advisory boards and surveys.

• Launch Enabler: As a disease area champion you support affiliate engagement and training to accelerate the understanding of the ecosystem and support launch and access.

Who you are What you bring

You are a driven individual with strong scientific and commercial acumen who thrives in an empowered environment and knows how to create purposeful collaborations.

• Education: You hold a Masters degree in science or a related field; a Postgraduate Degree (PhD PharmD MD) is a plus.

• Experience: You bring significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry including a medical or scientific customer-facing role.

• Expertise: You have a track record of scientific collaborations and deep scientific knowledge of the Cardiovascular Disease Area is highly desirable.

• Know-how: You possess knowledge of the drug development process regulatory requirements and drug safety/pharmacovigilance.

• Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English and German is required.

• Mobility: This field-based role requires travel within Germany (preference for candidates based in the Frankfurt/Rhine-Main area) and may require international travel.
