What Youll Be Doing
Lead and supervise production teams to achieve safety quality and efficiency goals
Monitor and optimize daily plant operations for maximum productivity
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and reduce costs
Foster a culture of teamwork accountability and operational excellence

Work Environment
This role operates in a manufacturing setting with exposure to varying temperatures dust and noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position involves both office and plant floor responsibilities.
