Position: Senior Business Analyst with Core Banking background - digital banking Payments

Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop functional specifications or user stories and process models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in tools like MS Excel Power Point Visio Azure Dev-ops etc.
Understanding of business processes and project management methodologies.
Sound knowledge in Core banking system with hands on experience with retails banking payments and 3rd party integrations etc.
Good understanding and experience of the various Agile frameworks
