Were looking for a BSOS Assistant to provide operational administrative and coordination support across the BSOS Division covering both corporate activities and project operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate information efficient processes and smooth coordination during both event and non-event periods.

What youll do

• Maintain and update BSOS documentation processes and shared tools
• Provide administrative and logistical supportacross BSOS departments
• Support procurement activities(purchase orders approvals follow-ups)
• Maintain accurate project and staffing informationin BSOS tools
• Support coordination of timelines deliverables and action tracking
• Act as a connector between teams helping information flow clearly and consistently
• Support internal communication reporting and consolidated summaries
• Contribute to people allocation and flex-office processes

What were looking for

• Experience in an administrative coordination or project-support role ideally in a multi-team or event-driven environment
• Strong Microsoft 365skills (Excel SharePoint Teams)
• Highly organised reliable and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Able to work autonomously on well-defined taskswhile knowing when to escalate
• Strong attention to detail and a clear sense of ownership
