Outside Sales Representative Ottawa/Gatineau
Fresh Start Foods is hiring a Full-Time Permanent Bilingual Sales Representative to drive business development and market penetration across the Ottawa and Gatineau territory. This role is designed for a hunter who excels at lead generation B2B sales and client relationship management.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Location: Territory covers Ottawa - Gatineau (Office visit once per week in Ottawa).
Earnings: From $60000 per year sales commission.

Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify prospect and close new business opportunities to exceed company revenue targets in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.
Strategic Territory Management: Create and execute a robust sales strategy and business plan for your assigned accounts ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
Market Penetration: Implement action plans to break into new markets (restaurants institutions etc.) and secure high-potential accounts.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term loyalty with clients serving as a dedicated Account Manager and trusted advisor.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Operations Product Development) to deliver tailored produce solutions and superior service.
Professional Representation: Be the face of Fresh Start Foods delivering compelling bilingual pitches and presentations to key decision-makers.
Language Proficiency: Fully Bilingual (English and French) is required to effectively serve the Ottawa and Gatineau markets.
Proven Sales Experience: 3 years of success in direct selling outside sales or account management with a record of exceeding quotas.
Hunter Mentality: A results-driven professional with a relentless drive to secure new business and close deals.
Exceptional Negotiation Skills: Expert at navigating complex contracts and high-level negotiations with diplomacy and persuasion.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs Sheets Slides) to track sales activity and collaborate.
Mobility: Must hold a valid Class G Drivers License and have a reliable vehicle for travel within the territory.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Foodservice or Hospitality industry is highly preferred.
