About the Role

In this role you will support partners across the Quebec and Eastern Ontario region building and strengthening multibrand customer relationships at a strategic corporate level. You will help position TD SYNNEXs full value proposition while collaborating closely with local leadership to shape account strategy drive execution and contribute to overall market growth. This is a highly collaborative customerfocused role that requires strong relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable strategies.

What Youll Do

  • Build trusted proactive relationships with customers identifying opportunities uncovering challenges and ensuring overall satisfaction.

  • Investigate and assess customer concerns to determine root causes and recommend effective solutions.

  • Develop and implement corrective action plans in partnership with internal support teams (e.g. TD SYNNEX Services) to strengthen customer relationships.

  • Lead the strategic direction for assigned customers ensuring alignment to their business goals.

  • Facilitate crossdivisional collaboration to showcase the full value of TD SYNNEXs portfolio and support the customers broader vision.

  • Travel within the region as required (up to 75%)

What Were Looking For

  • 36 years of experience in sales account management or a related customerfacing role.

  • Postsecondary education required (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).

  • Bilingual in English and French (Written/Verbal)

  • Deep expertise in assigned product/service lines and strong understanding of how they connect across TD SYNNEXs broader offerings.

  • Experience supporting large and/or complex accounts with evolving needs and multiple stakeholders.

  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and making informed decisions to support customer engagement and growth.

  • Proven ability to build rapport with existing clients and engage new prospects to expand the customer base.

  • Ability to provide meaningful insights and feedback to sales leadership to support continuous improvement.

Dans ce rôle vous soutiendrez des partenaires partout au Québec et dans lEst de lOntario en développant et en renforçant des relations clients multimarques à un niveau stratégique et corporatif. Vous contribuerez à positionner lensemble de la proposition de valeur de TD SYNNEX tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes de direction locales afin délaborer la stratégie de compte favoriser lexécution et soutenir la croissance globale du marché. Il sagit dun rôle hautement collaboratif axé sur le client qui exige de solides aptitudes pour établir des relations et la capacité de traduire les besoins des clients en stratégies concrètes.

Ce que vous ferez

Établir des relations de confiance proactives avec les clients en identifiant les opportunités en cernant les défis et en assurant leur satisfaction globale.
Enquêter sur les préoccupations des clients et les évaluer afin den déterminer les causes fondamentales et de recommander des solutions efficaces.
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans daction correctifs en partenariat avec les équipes de soutien internes (p. ex. Services TD SYNNEX) afin de renforcer les relations clients.
Diriger lorientation stratégique des clients assignés en veillant à lalignement avec leurs objectifs daffaires.
Favoriser la collaboration interdivisionnelle afin de mettre en valeur lensemble du portefeuille de TD SYNNEX et de soutenir la vision globale du client.
Effectuer des déplacements dans la région au besoin (jusquà 75 %).

Ce que nous recherchons

3 à 6 années dexpérience en vente gestion de comptes ou dans un rôle similaire axé sur la relation client.
Études postsecondaires requises (ou toute combinaison équivalente de formation et dexpérience pertinente).
Bilinguisme anglaisfrançais (écrit et oral).
Expertise approfondie dans les gammes de produits/services assignées et solide compréhension de leur intégration dans loffre élargie de TD SYNNEX.
Expérience dans le soutien de comptes importants et/ou complexes comportant des besoins évolutifs et de multiples parties prenantes.
Aisance à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des décisions éclairées pour appuyer lengagement et la croissance des clients.
Capacité démontrée à établir un lien de confiance avec les clients actuels et à engager de nouveaux prospects afin délargir la base de clients.
Aptitude à fournir des perspectives pertinentes et de la rétroaction aux équipes de direction des ventes afin de soutenir lamélioration continue.
