Position Details

• Practice Model:

• Full scope - outpatient clinic hospital rounding and surgical work

• Joining 3 other OB/GYNs and full support staff

• Clinic Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm; Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

• Hospital Rounding: 30-60 minutes daily for Labor & Delivery and postpartum patients

• OR Time: Two-hour blocks per day (increasing based on volume)

• Call Rotation: Currently 1:3 or better

• Around 7 call days per month with about 75% likelihood of being called in

• Deliveries & Volume:

• 68 deliveries/month

• 2024 total: 638; 2025 YTD: 607

• Procedural Competency:

• Comfortable with vaginal deliveries cesarean sections hysterectomies and GYN surgery

• TOLAC/VBAC experience

• Technology & Tools:

• Robotics available

• Ultrasound NST monitoring fetal dopplers

• EMR: Athena (clinic) / Paragon (hospital)

Our compensation package can include:

• Competitive base salary plus worked relative value unit (wRVU) production bonus
