Job Summary
Hours of work:Teaching Assistant 27.5 hours plus Midday Supervisory Assistant 5 hours per week.
Working pattern: Part-time Term-time only working for39 weeks per year plus6.05 weeks annual leave which will increase after 5 years continuous service.
As the position is part-time/term-time only the above salary will be pro rata.
Fixed term for: 18 months

Our small friendly and supportive school is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant 2 and Midday Supervisory Assistant from February 2026.
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to work with a groups of pupils understanding and using the group dynamics to promote group effectiveness and support group and individual performance
- Have vision energy and enthusiasm
- Be able to motivate and inspire children and adults
- Have excellent communication interpersonal and organisational skills
- Have a good understanding of meeting the needs of vulnerable learners
- Be committed to celebrating diversity and inclusion
- Promote positive play at playtimes
