We are looking for anotherAgile Coach (25-30 hours/week) to join our Servant Leadership team. Our Riskies are the backbone of our company building selling promoting and supporting the software that our clients use to fight fraud. These teams work with different methods taking full ownership of the entire product lifecycle. This is where you come in: As an Agile Coach you will be a sparring partner and mentor for a diverse set of teams both tech and non-tech. You will help them to continuously improve their collaboration remove impediments and foster a culture of open feedback and trust. Working closely with our other Agile Coaches you will actively shape our processes and culture and ensure all our teams are successful and motivated. We are looking for someone who is passionate about empowering teams to excel and wants to actively shape the future of our way of working throughout the whole company.

Tasks
- You are part of the Servant Leadership team and together with the other Agile Coaches you coach develop and support our tech and non-tech teams
- You facilitate Agile ceremonies workshops and retrospectives as needed (mostly remotely occasionally onsite in our office in Hamburg)
- You promote a self-organised way of working of teams
- You moderate conflicts within the teams and give creative input in finding solutions
- You strive for continuous improvement and foster a feedback friendly environment
- You measure and track relevant KPIs and team performance providing actionable insights
Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on experience as an Agile Coach Kanban facilitator or similar Agile role
- You have excellent facilitation communication and coaching skills
- You have worked in different teams and organizational setups
- You have experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and remote working tools (Miro Slack etc.)
- You communicate transparently (English is required German is nice to have)
- You express genuine care of others and serve their needs
- You are curious creative and have a sense of humor
