The Job
- Guest Service:
- Greet and thank guests warmly; provide assistance and resolve inquiries or concerns.
- Engage in conversations about their stay and local attractions.
- Support guests with disabilities following company guidelines.
- Communication & Teamwork:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Foster respectful relationships and collaborate to ensure efficient service.
- Quality Standards:
- Adhere to brand and quality assurance standards.
- Physical Duties:
- Stand walk or sit for extended periods; lift and move items as required.
- Perform tasks involving bending reaching and navigating stairs or uneven surfaces.
- Food & Beverage Service:
- Maintain cleanliness set tables per standards and follow alcohol service procedures.
- Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
- Closing & Cash Handling:
- Complete closing duties process payments accurately and record transactions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout service and clarify menu questions.
