Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Salesforce ASLM Developer

This role focuses on the high-end technical development and implementation of the Asset Service Lifecycle Management (ASLM) suite.

Responsibilities:

ASLM Architecture: Design and implement the technical foundation for Asset Service Lifecycle Management focusing on complex asset hierarchies and their integration with Service Cloud.
Proactive Service Logic: Develop automated triggers and monitoring logic using Asset Health Scores and Asset Attributes to transition from reactive break-fix to proactive maintenance.
Advanced Apex & Data Cloud: Write high-performance Apex to process high-volume asset data and integrate with Salesforce Data Cloud for real-time asset insights and calculated metrics.
Asset Interaction Design: Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to visualize asset health timelines and interactive 360-degree asset views for both dispatchers and technicians.
Automated Work Generation: Architect logic that automatically converts Maintenance Work Rules and threshold alerts into actionable Work Orders and Service Appointments.
Advanced Inventory Logic: Develop custom extensions for Inventory Search and Transfer ensuring automated replenishment logic is tied directly to asset consumption patterns.
Technical Governance: Lead the development lifecycle (ALM) for ASLM features ensuring rigorous unit testing documentation and deployment stability via CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification:

B.E or or MCA
Relevant experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Field Service.
Extensive experience with Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce development tools.
Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture data model and functionality.
Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.
Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs and experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II Field Service Lightning Consultant) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g. Sales Cloud Service Cloud).
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Apex Unit Tests Jest).
