Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- Salesforce-DevOps Engineer
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce DevOps Engineer who can design implement and manage end-to-end DevOps pipelines for Salesforce using client CDK-based workflows. This role requires strong hands-on experience in CI/CD scripting release automation and exposure to modern DevOps tools such as Harness.
Responsibilities

Design and manage Salesforce DevOps CI/CD pipelines using client CDK frameworks
Own build release deployment and rollback strategies
Automate deployments across Dev QA UAT and Production orgs
Implement branching strategies version control and quality gates
Collaborating with Salesforce developers QA and release managers
Ensure secure compliant and auditable deployments
Troubleshoot deployment failures and optimize pipelines

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications we seek in you!
BE/ B Tech/ MCA / M Tech or equivalent
Relevant experience in Dev Ops/ Release Engineering
Strong Salesforce DevOps expertise
Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts
Git-based version control experience
Strong scripting skills (Shell Bash Python or Groovy)
Salesforce DX CLI Metadata API experience
Experience working in client-managed CDK environments

Preferred qualifications
Hands-on experience with Harness
Exposure to Jenkins Azure DevOps GitHub Actions
Knowledge of release governance and DevSecOps
Experience in enterprise or multi-org Salesforce setups
