Job Summary:
The Sales Assistant supports the Sales Team by assisting with daily sales operations providing exceptional customer service and ensuring model homes and inventory homes are properly maintained and presented. This role serves as a key point of contact for guests and buyers and works closely with Sales Marketing Construction and Operations teams to support community sales goals.
This position will work across multiple communities and report to the Director of Sales with support from OnyxEasts corporate office. Weekend and holiday availability is required in alignment with new home sales operations.
Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests at model homes creating a welcoming and professional first impression of OnyxEast.
Support Sales Director and Sales Counselors with day-to-day sales activities.
Communicate with buyers throughout the customer journey to ensure a positive and informed experience.
Assist in responding to inquiries via phone email and CRM systems in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accuracy.
Prepare update and manage sales reports traffic logs and other required documentation.
Assist with updating and managing property listings across internal and external platforms.
Ensure sales materials pricing and community information are current and accurate.
Coordinate cleaning upkeep and overall presentation of sales offices/model homes design center and inventory homes.
Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure homes meet OnyxEast brand and quality standards.
Coordinate cleaning landscaping crews and internal teams as needed to address maintenance or presentation issues.
Ensure model homes are properly stocked with marketing materials and supplies.
Work closely with Sales Director Sales Counselors Marketing Construction and Operations teams to support community goals.
Assist with events broker opens and special sales initiatives as market research and competition reports.
Represent the OnyxEast brand professionally at all times.

Experience and Skill Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
One to three years of experience in customer service sales support real estate hospitality or a related field
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and Excel
Experience with CRM systems and/or property listing platforms preferred
Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one if required by state regulations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
