Senior Lead Manufacturing Operations Analyst Executive Fleet (2742)

Company:

Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is looking for a Senior Lead Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our Executive Fleet team in San Antonio TX.

Position Responsibilities:

• Ability to work and take initiative to resolve constraints that arise daily
• Lead and collaborate with cross functional teams
• Conduct research to obtain constraint knowledge including parts and engineering details to track status and resolve constraints
• Lead schedule and train program personnel to utilize Ship Side Action Tracker (SAT) system for constraint management
• Investigate and research future schedule to proactively identify constraints and attend line by line review meetings to provide inputs that align with SAT tool
• Attend and/or lead Tier meetings
• Creating and presenting innovative project proposals to Senior Leadership
• Assist mechanics with specs and DWG understanding
• Assist shop with procurement and/or modification of identified tools
• Work with less knowledgeable mechanics and team mates to coach on processes and build knowledge and skills
• Assist with closure of quality corrective actions (IQDS) items and investigation of root cause and solutions
• Foster the values of seek speak and listen to communicate emotional intelligence and with customer service mentality

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of experience in aircraft manufacturing maintenance and/or modification
• 5 years of experience using strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills
• 5 years of experience accessing aircraft data via computer systems to view technical data
• 5 years of experience with PowerPoint and creating presentations
• 5 years of experience with Excel manipulating data and formulas
• Ability to work variable shifts including weekends holidays and overtime

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience using GOLD and I-GOLD Vipers NCM (Non-Conformance System) Ship Side Action Tracker or similar software applications
• Leadership Experience
• Project Management Experience
• Previous Line Side Control Center experience
• Experience with depot level/ modification maintenance

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position
