Job Summary

Engage with our customers in person online and through social media to provide industry leadingpurchases ordering and professional assistance related to Parts and Accessories. We are a multi-brand motorcycle and powersports dealership with a vast customer base in Colorado Wyoming Nebraska and the surrounding area. We are currently looking for energetic dependable motorcycle and powersports enthusiasts with the desire to assist our customers in designing ordering and building their machines with brand and aftermarket parts and accessories.

Parts and Accessories Specialists interact with our customers to provide industry leading counter sales and ordering of parts and accessories. Our team is responsible for counter sales of brand and aftermarketparts ordering and updating inventory andmaintenance maintain a strong team environment and assist our Service Sales and Motor-Clothes teams withordering and acquiring parts and accessories forinstallations maintenance and repairs.

Customer Service

Greet all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.

Provide excellentservice to allcustomers.

Develop and share knowledge of all Parts and Accessoriesmerchandise parts history and motorcycle/ATV/UTV service.

Must possess the ability to multi-task while servingcustomers andmaintaincustomer satisfaction.

Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously.

Point out any sales specials new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the customer purchase.

Assist customers with determination of Parts and Accessories requirements and research merchandise in catalogs.

Clean & Efficient Parts & Accessories Environment

Receive and process parts from distributors check merchandise received against purchase invoice and prepare product for showroom floor.

Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts reports etc.).

Ensure merchandise displays are stocked clean and appealing to customers.

Maintain updated customer mailing lists.

Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for P&A management.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

Must be willing to provide excellent Customer Service remain calm interacting with customers.

One year or more knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson Honda Yamaha Polaris and CFMOTO motorcycles preferred. Knowledge of ATV/UTVs and other products sold by the dealership and/or the desire to acquire training and experience related to our brands. We provide the highest levels of online and in person training in these areas.

Experience with Lightspeed Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.

Ability to use Electronic Parts Catalog Parts and Accessories manuals and online resources to provide product pricing sales quotes and ordering.
