Job Responsibilities

• Work in the marketing operations team and be responsible for planning activities processes governance and budget oversight across the marketing organization.
• Manage and develop marketing plans in partnership with other areas of the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the marketing organization and improve existing processes.
• Support vendor onboarding and ongoing vendor management.
• Prepare reports presentations interpret information and make recommendations to keep management informed.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• A natural organizer:You thrive on structure process and attention to detail. You love making order out of complexity and are passionate about building and refining processes.
• Strong business operations acumen:You have a very good understanding of business operations and experience with vendor management.
• Detail-oriented doer:You sweat the small stuff and take pride in accuracy and follow-through. Youre passionate about processes procedures and analysis.
• Excellent communicator:You have excellent organizational and communication skills and are comfortable presenting plans and final deliverables to stakeholders at all levels.
• Tracker and problem solver:You enjoy tracking progress interpreting information and making actionable recommendations.
• Bilingual:Fluency in English is required. German is a plus.
