What Youll Do

  • Design & Innovate: Create dynamic interactive learning experiences utilizing technology such as AR VR and AI.
  • Collaborate & Lead: Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver training that drives competency and engagement.
  • Manage & Optimize: Assist in overseeing learning plans track progress and ensure compliance through our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Stay Ahead: Explore new trends and technologies to keep our learning programs fresh immersive and effective

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

  • A creative instructional designer with strong foundational knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Articulate 360 Microsoft Office suite LMS platforms and emerging technologies.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Bachelors degree in education instructional design related field or equivalent clinical training or Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) experience.
