Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day service activities for assigned client accounts
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication
Monitor account progress and ensure services are delivered on schedule
Maintain accurate records documentation and account updates
Support account planning reporting and follow-up activities
Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction
Assist with onboarding new accounts and supporting ongoing service needs
