Do you have what it takes to plan and execute inventory deployment to support our business in the markets and enable The LEGO Group to reach and inspire even more builders of tomorrow

We are searching for a talented Regional Supply Planning Manager to join our dynamic team at The LEGO this role you will put on your planning hat and act as the guardian of inventory management across our extensive inventory network in APAC and China.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own the optimization execution and continuous improvement of Supply and Inventory Planning processes and routines.

  • Be accountable for translating S&OP direction demand signals and network constraints into robust executable supply and inventory plans ensuring healthy inventory levels high service levels and resilient flow across a multi-node network.

  • Provide direction throughout the supply planning process to ensure healthy inventory and coverage levels in line with critical metric targets.

  • Proactively investigate monitor and lead actions on network inventory health anticipating risks and opportunities.

  • Execute daily/weekly tasks to ensure inventory flow meets channel requirements while optimizing inventory targets safety stock strategies and alignment with replenishment and deployment logic.

  • Balance service cost inventory turns excess and obsolescence through informed trade-off decisions.

  • Lead proactive reviews of inventory health across the appointed market network identifying systemic issues and structural improvement opportunities.

  • Influence network planning and trade-off discussions given the strategic and significant network impact of the appointed market.

  • Collaborate with Markets Demand Management Demand Planning Distribution and production sites to gain insights into expected performance and risk situations.

  • Handle negotiations and manage conflicts while driving trade-off discussions.

  • Lead and implement new or improved end-to-end (E2E) supply chain processes contribute to system enhancements guide junior team members and enhance planning maturity while upskilling team capabilities.

  • Manage activities related to supply planning for markets with larger supply network impact including inventory optimization safety stock management and deployment.

  • Own and execute supply and inventory decisions within agreed governance for the appointed Business Unit (BU).

  • Monitor and drive performance metrics such as inventory coverage stock turns excess and obsolescence and service levels.

  • Lead ad-hoc projects or processes beyond standard Supply & Inventory Planning (SIP) responsibilities.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.

  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy act as a business partner across the value chain and lead both strategic and tactical planning decisions in volatile high-service markets.

  • Confer with regional and BU teams to scrutinize forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure the availability of materials or products.

  • Support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions new business opportunities or cost-reduction initiatives.

  • Develop procedures for coordinating supply chain management with other functional areas.

  • Work closely with the regional Demand Management team as partners to review forecast trends identify changes and determine their impact on supply chain activities.

  • Collaborate closely with Distribution to ensure last-mile supply delivery to markets materializes and services the market in a timely manner.

  • Lead and implement new or improved end-to-end (E2E) supply chain processes. Initiate department projects that drive continuous improvements in processes and capabilities within the team and cross-functionally throughout the organization.

Do you have what it takes

  • Bachelors Degree required.

  • At least 8 years of supply chain planning experience preferably in supply planning and/or demand planning.

  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative environment.

  • Strong data presentation and analysis skills using tools such as Excel Power BI or Tableau.

  • Experience with planning systems like SAP Kinaxis etc. combined with a continuous improvement mindset to drive optimization.

  • Proven ability to build partnerships and manage conflicts independently.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders across functions.

  • High adaptability and comfort working in situations where things are unclear or rapidly changing.

  • A true team player who works well with others to achieve success.
