Main Responsibilities

• List the main responsibilities this role regularly performs.
  • Performs a variety of entry-level duties and assists higher-level personnel in research and analysis related to areas such as administrative regulations policies processes procedures systems methods reports and forms while learning the fundamental structure and operations associated with an administrative office in administrative services academic affairs or student services.
  • Participates in analytic studies by conducting routine research identifying samples assembling and compiling data in well-defined areas related to administrative regulations policies procedures systems methods reports and forms.
  • Applies basic statistical analysis techniques or with detailed instructions more advanced statistical techniques in analyzing data.
  • Assists in writing instructions procedures and manuals to describe and improve administrative technology and operational methods and systems.
  • Assists in providing technical support and training to departmental staff on business technology and operational activities.
  • Fully utilizes the capabilities and functions of standard office software applications such as data management spreadsheet presentation and word processing in completing assigned projects.
  • Prepares reports presentations operational documents and correspondence containing descriptive analytical and evaluative content related to business and operational activities subject to review and editing by higher-level staff members
