As a Regulatory Affairs Manager you will take on a highimpact role with global scope influencing regulatory decisions market access and risk management across regions as well as directly shaping Syntegons regulatory posture worldwide.
- Lead the development and execution of regulatory strategies to ensure Syntegon remains fully compliant with applicable national and international laws standards and guidelines.
- This includes compliance with current regulations and the proactive anticipation of forthcoming regulatory changes ensuring Syntegon stays at the forefront of compliance and market access.
- Map and analyze global target markets and translate findings into implications as well as concrete regulatory requirements timelines and implementation plans.
- Establish and govern regulatory processes and organizational structures standardizing procedures and tools across regions to ensure consistent auditable and efficient regulatory operations.
- Support regulatory aspects of due diligence activities for transactions and partnerships assessing product- market- and supplier-related regulatory risks including social and human-rights aspects in the supply chain.
- Interact with various stakeholder groups such as the Legal department external agencies and regulatory authorities to verify compliance and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs ideally with experience in regulatory compliance or management reporting.
- Educational background in a relevant field such as Engineering Law or Sustainability or an equivalent qualification; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
- Able to work effectively across different organizational levels with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to anticipate trends and synthesize crossfunctional insights into strategic actions.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and a structured systematic approach to tasks complete your profile.
