Job Summary
Join Accenture Technology Strategy team at our Malmö office and advise our clients through their digital transformation journeys.

With our cross-expertise in technology strategy and consulting we work closely with our clients to find their focus areas in the market and identify organizational and technological building blocks to reach the target state. Who we are looking for:
We are looking for curious people willing to question the current ways of working by utilizing new technologies agile ways of working and new business models to bring new ideas and innovations to life. With us you will have the opportunity to work with large scale business transformations enabled by digital and be a key advisor for c-suites in leading Nordic companies. We hope you are someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can make everyone take advantage of their various strengths.
3 years of experience from consulting and/or working with IT strategy operating models data & analytics future tech cloud strategy tech transformation etc.
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Put ideas and findings into the right context for the right audience both written and verbally in English and preferably in Swedish
An analytical and structural mindset who can achieve impressive results and thrive in settings where you define structure and solve clients pain points
In addition to delivering projects we are looking for experience in team-leading and driving internal activities (e.g. recruiting social training etc.).
Experience from the Retail industry is beneficial for this role but not mandatory
Masters degree in a relevant field with excellent academic results
Fluent in English
Flexibility in terms of travel and work across the Nordics is expected
