You will be a key Finance Business Partner to oversee and optimize financial business processes ensuring compliance accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze implement and monitor workflows supporting financial controls reporting and operational decision-making. You will be drive continuous improvement and upgrading controls to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.


Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead finance operations for Global Health (GH) including risk management compliance and control processes.

  • Mastering key company policies that provide assurance on financial purchasing and compliance control framework including their implementing guidelines and procedures.

  • Partner with the business to improve internal controls and self-assessment in compliance and finance-related areas.

  • Liaise closely with ERC Procurement and FRA to ensure standardized processes according to NFCM and compliance control framework.

  • Participate in compliance reviews and personnel trainings in collaboration with ERC Legal and business stakeholders.

  • Oversee the status of Internal Audits and ensure timely resolution of issues and completion of action plans.

  • Facilitate remediation on internal control-related issues in collaboration with GH stakeholders.

  • Monitor performance (and implement corrective actions) budgeting forecasting and reporting processes.

Essential Criteria

  • Degree in Economics Accountancy Business Administration or MBA.

  • Extensive experience in Financial Controlling accounting and internal audit/ compliance.

  • Diverse business and geographic exposure cross cultural and project management experience.

  • High integrity effective communication solution-driven service delivery and ability to anticipate and address emerging risks.

  • Proven business partnering analytical and critical thinking leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven insights for predictive risk detection.

  • Leadership resource allocation mindset building trust and collaboration with business units fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Fluent verbal & written English.
