What Youll Do
- Prospect qualify and generate pipeline across Poland and broader EMEA
- Run outbound outreach (cold calls email LinkedIn) and book discovery meetings
- Partner with internal teams to refine messaging targeting and campaigns
- Build relationships with channel partners and help expand partner-led opportunities
- Learn and sell across CloudCasa leveraging our existing customer base where it makes sense
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent outbound activity and clean prospect qualification
- A steady flow of discovery meetings with the right technical buyers
- Growing pipeline coverage in your territory through direct and partner channels
Qualifications :
Who You Are
- You know how to use LinkedIn modern tools (including AI) to prospect intelligently (not spammy)
- Strong written and verbal communication in Polish and English
- Comfortable hearing no and staying focused anyway
- Self-starter with good habits: follow-up pipeline hygiene and disciplined outreach
- 2 years of experience selling data protection infrastructure or related technical products in Poland and/or EMEA
- German is a strong plus
