Utilizing your fundamental knowledge of production activities the Advanced Manufacturing Coach Associate will act as a lead/supervisor by coordinating the day-to-day workflow of subordinate nonexempt workers who put together component parts to make assemblies subassemblies packaging or completed units. Youll review production schedules material and manpower resources in order to assign employees to maximize production objectives maintain quality and attain output requirements.
What you bring to the table:
Ensures training certifications are up to date for employees within the area of responsibility
Informs assigned employees of production and material problems and coordinates with support groups to
resolve problems affecting schedule
Participates in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in
materials equipment and procedures
Reviews production schedules material and manpower resources to assign employees to maximize
production objectives maintain quality and attain output requirements
Coordinates the day-to-day workflow of subordinate nonexempt workers who put together component parts
to make assemblies subassemblies packaging or completed units
Functions as a Lead/Supervisor of people
Interacts with Quality Personnel to ensure the areas quality objectives are met
Maintains a variety of reports records and production documentation to reflect schedules performance
methods etc
Ensures the employment training employee motivation counseling and performance management of
employees supervised
Working hands on with Product on the manufacturing floor

Associates degree in business or technical field or the equivalent experience is addition prior production leadership experience is preferred.
