Psychiatrist - OPEN TO NEW GRADS!
Benefits:

- Schedule: Monday - Friday Hybrid options
- Compensation range: $300K$400K PLUS (Compensation structure: Base compensation plus productivity incentives and supervisory compensation)

About:
Mission-driven practice providing high-quality compassionate and evidence-based psychiatric care to diverse and underserved communities. Youll work in a collaborative interdisciplinary outpatient setting alongside psychiatrists nurse practitioners physician assistants and therapists with a strong focus on continuity of care patient outcomes and meaningful community impact offering both in-person and telehealth services.
Psychiatrist Requirements :
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency
- Active California medical license NPI and DEA
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Preferred experience or interest in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Addiction Psychiatry/Addiction Medicine Clinical Research or Interventional Psychiatry
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management (in-person and telehealth)
- Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans with an interdisciplinary care team
- Supervise and collaborate with NPs PAs and therapists
- Participate in interventional psychiatry and clinical research opportunities
- Provide crisis support as needed and engage community resources
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
