Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews) to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
- Drive Agile at scale (SAFe) practices promoting collaboration and delivery across multiple teams.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions enabling a focus on sprint goals.
- Leverage your software development background (ideally with a DevOps flavor) to understand technical challenges and support the team effectively.
- Ensure compliance with defence industry standards and best practices in software development.
- Foster a culture of transparency accountability and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications :
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile at scale (SAFe).
- Previous experience in the defence industry or knowledge of defence standards.
- Background in software engineering (preferably with exposure to DevOps practices).
- Proven ability to facilitate teams in complex regulated environments.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
- Experience with JIRA Confluence or other Agile tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) in defence or aerospace.
