Job Summary

We are currently seeking a (Junior) Sales Representative to drive and expand our business in Germany. Working from our headquarters in Heidelberg and your home office you will have the freedom to apply your creative sales approach to achieve targets ensure profitability and accelerate business growth.

In this role you will manage sales activities oversee key accounts and continuously pursue new business opportunities. As our (Junior) Sales Representative you will be the face of Mint Medical in the German market. Onboarding and training will take place at our Heidelberg headquarters.

This position is uniquely diverse within Mint Medical. One day you may collaborate with colleagues in a workshop to shape a new sales strategy; the next you might be onsite at a hospital guiding customers through the acquisition of our latest innovative software solution. The work is dynamic and rewarding offering you the chance to broaden your skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging and building strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders
  • Representing and communicating our company vision to the market
  • Expanding your network and generating new leads across your territory
  • Visiting existing customer hospitals to grow the product portfolio at those sites
  • Onboarding new customers supporting them in adopting our innovations and managing accounts long-term to drive business development
  • Developing creative mid- and long-term sales strategies aligned with Mint Medicals corporate goals
  • Collecting accurate forecasts and relevant data to support budget planning
  • Maintaining a complete and consistent customer database for your assigned region
  • Attending national and international meetings and symposia to represent Mint Medical

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone who combines selfsufficiency and drive with strong interpersonal skills to truly connect with our customers. Ideally you bring:

  • A BA/BS degree and/or experience in sales or account management (preferably in software sales)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • A high level of enthusiasm
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
  • A deep sense of commitment and initiative
  • A personable engaging demeanor
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe (approx. 60%)

We also welcome applicants who may not yet have extensive sales experience but are eager to develop in this field and bring a strong sales personality.
