The Division of Otolaryngology in the Department of Surgery is looking to recruit a full-time board-certified general otolaryngologist. The selected otolaryngologist will provide general otolaryngology care primarily for the Brampton Civic Hospital site and will have access to hospital facilities including elective operating room blocks and outpatient department time. Remuneration is fee-for-service as set by the OHIP Schedule of Benefits and Fees.
Accountabilities:
- Participation in local and regional on-call coverage and all normal responsibilities associated with being a member of the medical staff of Osler
- Develop a full spectrum community otolaryngology practice within the catchment area of Brampton Civic Hospital and to align their practice with institutional strategic goals including delivery of paediatric otolaryngological surgery

The Division of Otolaryngology is a collaborative team of eight otolaryngologists who provide care in the Brampton/Etobicoke community. Qualifications :
- Accredited medical degree (or equivalent)
- Certification in Otolaryngology from the College of Physicians of Canada or hold Fellowship in Otolaryngology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) preferred
- License to practice and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of attendance punctuality and accountability
- Models behaviour that aligns with Oslers Values of Respect Excellence Service Compassion Innovation and Collaboration
- Expertise in clinical teaching or clinical research preferred for those interested in education or research
