Job Summary

As an Integration Developer you will design implement and manage integration solutions that enable smooth communication and data flow across diverse systems and platforms. This role is critical in driving scalable secure and efficient solutions that align with organisational goals and support digital transformation.

Your Opportunity

  1. Integration Strategy Development
    • Design and implement integration architectures aligned with business objectives and technology strategies.
    • Establish and maintain integration standards guidelines and best practices for consistency and efficiency.
  2. System Integration
    • Analyse existing systems to identify integration and optimisation opportunities.
    • We need strong hands-on development experience on at least one Integration platform (Azure MuleSoft TIBCO Boomi etc) and deployment of APIs middleware and data pipelines for seamless interoperability across on-premises and cloud environments
  3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate integration requirements into technical solutions.
    • Work closely with developers data engineers and analysts to deliver integration projects successfully.
  4. Technology Evaluation & Implementation
    • Assess emerging technologies and recommend best-fit integration tools.
    • Ensure architecture meets scalability security and compliance standards.
  5. Performance Optimisation & Troubleshooting
    • Monitor and optimise integration performance for high availability and reliability.
    • Resolve integration issues promptly to minimise downtime and maintain business continuity.
  6. Documentation & Training
    • Develop comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
    • Provide training and support to teams and end-users on integration processes and tools.

Your experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
  • Proven experience senior Integration developer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of integration platforms middleware and API management tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Java Python C#).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Oracle Integration Cloud Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Developer Certification in at least one of the integration platforms (Azure AWS Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with microservices containerisation (Docker Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices
  • Knowledge of APIs data integration ETL processes and data governance principles.
