What Youll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
- Adjust controls to maintain product quality and meet production targets
- Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate effectively with team members
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
What Are We Looking For
- Ability to learn and operate complex mechanical systems
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Capability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform hands-on tasks
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
What We Offer
- $24.00 to $26.87 per hour
