About the Role
Were seeking a Contracts Manager who brings expertise in Federal Government and Commercial contracting processes along with a solid understanding of accounting finance and contracting principles. This role is part of our Contracts team and will collaborate cross-functionally to support broader business operations.
What Youll Do
- Administer and manage corporate commercial contracts NDAs consulting agreements and related documentation.
- Establish and maintain effective contract retention and tracking systems.
- Monitor key milestones and ensure compliance with contracting best practices across the organization.
- Partner with internal teams to integrate proper contracting processes into diverse business operations.
What We Seek:
- 7 years of experience in Federal Government or Commercial contracting.
- Familiarity with FAR DFAR and other acquisition supplements.
- Industry or government certifications (e.g. CPCM CCCM CFCM).
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel Word etc.).
