Bud Cross Ford is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Lube and Tire Technician to join our team in Caldwell Texas. As a Technician you will be responsible for servicing and repairing a variety of vehicles focusing on oil changes and tire rotations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $10 to $20 per hour paid addition to competitive pay we offer :

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance including oil changes tire rotations and filter replacements
- Complete basic vehicle inspections and identify any potential issues or recommendations for additional services
- Mount balance and rotate tires for all types of vehicles
- Perform general mechanical repairs such as brake inspections fluid flushes and belt replacements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and improvements to ensure proper and efficient vehicle maintenance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as an Automotive Lube and Tire Technician preferred
- Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record
- Proficient in using basic hand and power tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
