Job Summary
Your mission
We have an exciting opportunity for you as our next Senior Sales Operations Specialist for the UK & Ireland. Curious about what this role entails Lets dive in:
- Support the Sales Team with contract and order execution from countersignature to payment including order placement shipment monitoring and invoicing in ERP.
- Coordinate with production logistics project and sales teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding lead times invoices payments and delivery topics.
- Prepare regular analysis reports such as shipment updates and sales forecasts on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Manage credit insurance lines and monitor payment risks for shipments.
- Mentor and support the local Sales Operations team through training guidance and problem-solving expertise.
Your profile
- Bachelors degree or above.
- 4 years of experience in Sales Operations Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Prior experience in the solar industry and/or international trade is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and strong data analysis skills.
- Proactive solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office tools.
