Youll engage with vendors analyze intricate financial trends and develop innovative solutions that streamline our global operations.

Key Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses of financial discrepancies and develop strategic resolution initiatives
Manage relationships with top-tier vendors fostering trust and ensuring smooth business operations
Create and maintain detailed vendor health scorecards proactively addressing potential account risks
Analyze operational performance metrics and develop insightful presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail and Finance teams to align vendor management strategies
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field
Demonstrated experience in financial operations and vendor management
Proficiency in financial analysis and performance tracking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced spreadsheet and data visualization software expertise
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Business or Finance
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Multilingual communication capabilities
Advanced certification in financial management
Experience in global vendor relationship management
- 6 years of finance experience
- 4 years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
- 2 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel Access Oracle Essbase SQL and VBA skills
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning forecasting and reporting
- 2 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
