About the Role
Senior Therapeutic Solutions LLC is seeking compassionate and motivated mental health clinicians to provide individual group and/or family therapy to seniors residing in assisted living facilities. Youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults who might otherwise lack access to essential mental health services.
This is a flexible rewarding positionideal for clinicians looking for full-time part-time or supplemental work. Whether you prefer seeing multiple clients per day or spreading out your schedule across the week (or weekend) well work with you to find the right fit. You can choose to see between 1030 clients per week depending on your availability and preferences.
What Youll Do
Provide in-person mental health counseling in assisted living settings
Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare providers
Create and maintain individualized treatment plans
Complete web-based documentation using a HIPAA-compliant EHR system
Travel locally to client residences (assisted living facilities)

Qualifications
Masters degree in social work or counseling required
Active license: LMSW LLMSW LPC or LLPS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Experience with the elderly population is a plus but not required
