is offering a great opportunity for a talented Mining Technology Engineer to drive the successful implementation and ongoing value delivery of our AI-powered SaaS solutions. We are pioneers in Objective AI (ODAI) integrating fundamental physics with AI to characterize the physical world and deliver high-value decision recommendations acting as the brains of the operation. Our technology delivers recommendations to humans as their role-specific co-pilots augment human intelligence or direct to the execution systems (machines) making operations autonomous.
With a global remote-first team of 70 employees and offices across four continents our HQ is in Cambridge UK with regional offices in Santiago (Chile) Perth (Australia) and Ireland (EU).
What Youll Do
Lead the implementation of AI-driven software products at mining sites ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption.
Collaborate closely with client teams to understand operational needs and configure customised technology solutions.
Provide training and ongoing support to end users ensuring full adoption and value realisation.
Act as the primary contact between our engineering/product teams and clients collecting feedback and identifying areas for enhancement.
Support regional business growth through client engagement renewals and solution expansion.
Train and onboard users ensuring they get maximum value from our products.
What Were Looking For
A degree in Metallurgy Mining Engineering Process Engineering Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
3 years of hands-on experience in mining operations process optimisation or deploying new technology or software solutions within the industrial or mining sectors.
Exposure to AI or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel up to 60% of your time. A valid driving licence is required.
Physically fit to travel to mining sites located at high altitude (subject to mandatory health checks).
Strong analytical technical and communication skills (English and Spanish are mandatory). Portuguese is a strong advantage.
Proven experience in B2B client relationship management.
Proactive leadership decision-making under minimal supervision and collaborative team spirit.
A sense of ownership and pride in driving results.
