Our Financial Markets Distribution Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig for the role of Institutional Sales Officer.
In this role you will service the investment (PHP and USD Fixed Income Equity UITFs) and hedging (FX/Interest Rate) needs of the Banks institutional clients including financial institutions regulated entities and qualified investors requiring specialized handling. Acting as the Banks main touchpoint for these products you will drive revenue through competitive pricing client partnerships and increased customer flows that contribute to CASA deposit growth.

What the role will entail
- Drive revenue and volume growth by expanding desk revenues increasing transaction volumes and focusing on high-value clients particularly off-shore based banks
- Develop and strengthen client relationships with off-shore financial institutions to service their Philippine investment and flow requirements
- Promote product cross-selling by offering FX Forwards Swaps and investment products tailored to client needs
- Enhance customer engagement through joint client calls sales clinics and ongoing education on both traditional and non-traditional investment and hedging solutions
- Ensure full compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements in the execution of all transactions and client interactions
What were looking for
- Bachelors Degree in Economics Mathematics Finance Business Management Accountancy or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in treasury sales with strong understanding of market dynamics and basic economic analysis
- Completed Treasury Certification Program and Fixed Income Salesperson Certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills with a resourceful patient and analytical approach combined with an amiable yet assertive attitude and the ability to stay flexible under pressure
