What the role will entail
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the Banks products processes and workflows.
- Analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement efficiency and automation.
- Identifying opportunities to implement new technologies to streamline processes and enhance performance.
- Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and system developers ensuring the final product meets business needs and translating requirements into functional specifications.
- Collaborating with development teams to design and document system workflows data models and user interfaces.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of business requirements project specifications policies and procedures aligned with the Banks governance directives.
What were looking for
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Industrial Engineering IT or Management Information Systems is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis data science app development systems analysis project management banking or finance.
- Strong understanding of business goals market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Resourceful and innovative problem-solving skills.
