Specific Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for assigned employee groups with precision and confidentiality.
• Review timecards deductions benefits bonuses and adjustments to ensure alignment with federal state and local laws.
• Reconcile payroll reports troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain employee payroll records and assist with internal and external audits.
• Partner with HR Finance and operational leaders to address payroll-related questions and provide excellent service.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll systems and processes.
• Ensure consistent adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 3 years of payroll experience in a mid-size or large organization.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws tax regulations and wage & hour rules.
• Experience with leading payroll systems (e.g. Workday ADP SAP).
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent communication and service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state payroll experience.
• Familiarity with HRIS integrations and payroll reporting tools.
• CPP or FPC certification (or actively pursuing certification).
