What Youll Be Doing
Operate and maintain heavy equipment including loaders for aggregate production.
Load material efficiently and safely into haul trucks or crushers.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols in a dynamic quarry environment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Proficient in operating heavy machinery with a strong focus on safety.
Capable of working independently and within a team setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA-regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
