Job Summary

On top of our commitment to our patients we also support our community through partnerships with the Ballard Food Bank Recovery Cafe and for fun Ballard FC (our neighborhood semi-pro soccer team).

- Planning on retirement We match 3% on IRA.
- Holiday pay: All the usual days including the day after Thanksgiving.
- Vacation pay: Two weeks then three weeks after a year with us.

The position would require 32 hours a week. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. A typical day consists of greeting patients answering phones managing appointments coordinating with Physical Therapists checking insurance benefits light cleaning and laundry.
We are looking for an outgoing team-oriented and committed individual who is passionate about helping others. We recognize what we have is special so we want to make sure this is the best fit possible. We would prefer it if you have some administrative experience but we will not turn away the right person who is detail-oriented and proactive.
