What Youll Be Doing
- Operate drilling equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on drilling machinery
- Monitor drilling progress and make necessary adjustments
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
What Are We Looking For
- Ability to operate and maintain drilling equipment effectively
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance standards
- Capability to work in physically demanding underground environments
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving mindset for adapting to changing conditions
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
What We Offer
- $28.76 per hour plus an additional $0.50 per hour underground rate
- Benefits through the Union for Medical Dental Vision and Pension
- Union paid vacation sick leave and holidays
