Job Summary
Mfinite Consulting is seeking a highly qualified Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for a prestigious 3-month interim leadership engagement in Salisbury Maryland. This role oversees a Comprehensive Care Program with an average daily population of 35 residents ensuring the highest standards of clinical care regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Leadership: Provide guidance on CMS Conditions of Participation COMAR (10.07.02) and Joint Commission Nursing Care Center standards.
- Patient Advocacy: Implement and enforce all provisions of the Patients Bill of Rights (COMAR 10.07.09).
- Quality Assurance: Review and approve plans policies and procedures to maintain rigorous quality controls and accreditation.
- Governance: Participate in facility committee meetings and provide strategic direction on regulatory compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensure: Active Maryland Nursing Home Administrator license (must be in good standing).
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years as a Nursing Home Administrator in a facility with 35 beds.
- Health & Safety: Proof of immunity/vaccination for TB (2-step PPD or QuantiFERON) MMR Varicella Tdap and Influenza (or valid declination).
- Clearance: Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and medical examination.
Schedule & Duration
- Term: 3-month base period.
- Hours: 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m.).
- Location: Salisbury MD (On-site).
